Couldn’t be happier with my experience with auswest modular. From the first enquiry right through to delivery, the team were professional, transparent, and incredibly easy to deal with. The build quality of the transportable home is outstanding—solid construction, clean finishes, and thoughtful design throughout.

Communication was fantastic; every question I had was answered quickly, and I was kept updated at each stage of the process. The delivery and installation went smoothly and on schedule, with no hidden costs or surprises.

It’s clear they take pride in their workmanship and genuinely care about their customers. I’d confidently recommend auswest modular homes to anyone looking for a reliable, high-quality transportable home.

From start to finish, they helped out. Delivery was on time, they organised delivery which was profesional and was set up within 3 hrs of arriving. Fit out was very high quality and worked straight away after being connected up. We arranged a verandah aswell, which was powder Coated to the same colour, installed quick and easily. Thanks again, we are very grateful. see attached photos in comments.

Absolutely legends. They helped us patiently, when dealing with the banks. They built a beautiful home for us. And on delivery day they made a huge effort to get the house down and safe. Even going as far as helping us remove a tree that was in the way. I can’t recommend these guys enough. if I get another transportable house I will 100% use them again.

Thanks Kaide & Taysha for their handwork, patience and craftsmanship!

Auswest Modular Homes -Kaide , Taysha and the team have been excellent to deal with and I would highly recommend their product to anyone looking for a practical, affordable, quality residence suitable for a number of uses be it primary residence or shared accomodation/Air BnB.

A big plus is the fact that their buildings can be council approved and they have all the compliance certificates etc

If you are looking to purchase a building of theirs and are after a second opinion you are more than welcome to private message me.
