About Us
Quality Modular Homes Built for Western Australian Living
Auswest Modular Homes is a family-owned and operated Western Australian business specialising in quality residential modular homes for Perth and across WA.
Founded by Taysha Stone and Kaide Senese, Auswest was created to provide Western Australians with a practical alternative to a traditional home build — without compromising on comfort, quality or the finishing touches that make a house feel like a home.
With more than 15 years of building experience within the team, we understand that choosing a modular home is a major decision. Customers want to know who they are dealing with, what is included, and whether their new home will provide the quality and comfort they expect for everyday living.
That is exactly what we aim to deliver.
Built in WA for Real WA Lifestyles
Our modular homes are built in Western Australia before being transported to their final location, allowing us to service customers throughout Perth, outer-metro, and regional and rural Western Australia.
Our homes suit a variety of needs and lifestyles, from downsizers wanting independent living close to family, to rural property owners, farmers, growing families, and those needing additional standalone accommodation on their property.
Auswest offers a growing range of one, two, and three-bedroom modular home designs, with different sizes and configurations available to suit your space, lifestyle, and budget.
Quality You Can See in the Details
We believe good value should never mean cutting corners.
Auswest homes are built with compressed fibre-cement flooring rather than standard chipboard, together with quality custom cabinetry, finished architraves and skirtings, tiled shower recesses, and practical inclusions designed to make your home feel complete.
Our homes are constructed using EPS panel systems, providing an insulated, lightweight building solution well suited to modular construction.
We also believe in keeping things straightforward. Rather than offering a stripped-back base model and relying on endless upgrades, our focus is on providing a well-finished home with strong standard inclusions and clear information about what is, and is not, included.
Making Modular Building Simpler
From your first enquiry through to approvals, construction, transport and installation, our goal is to make the modular-home process easy to understand.
We can help prepare the key documentation required for your home while explaining what you need to organise for your property, including site preparation, access, surveys, and any required bushfire assessments.
Taysha looks after appointments, accounts and approvals, while Kaide and the building team focus on the construction of each home.
It is a personal, straightforward approach from a local WA team that understands every stage of the process.
